How We Work
Mission:
To inspire and support young mogul skiers who demonstrate Diana Williams talent, character and commitment to community and team.
Diana believed in positive coaching, coaching that helps young people learn to excel in their sport while also becoming successful students and caring members of their community. She cared for the whole person, not just the athlete, and wanted to ensure that her athletes who came from modest means had the chance to get the best coaching, and had the ability to travel to national and international competitions -, regardless of their financial situation.

The Dee Williams Fund scholarships will be merit based to reward and promote excellence of talent and character to athletes who show promise in advancing to the next level of competition.
This will include but will not be limited to regional and national ski academies and all local, regional, national and international levels of competition.,
The scholarships will be available to athletes throughout the fifty United States and territories with a minimum of 50% of the annual gifts going to those from eastern US programs.
Applications for and gifts of scholarships will have no fixed date and can be awarded, or not, depending on funds available or the quality of the applicant pool.
